Parliamentarian
Jeremiah Williams
Jeremiah Williams is a projected 2023 graduate majoring in Political Science.
As the Parliamentarian, he:

Maintains order and proper protocol of all general and executive committee meetings

Ensures the effective use of Robert’s Rules of Order

Interprets any dispute in regards to Rober’s Rules of Order

Secretary
Esosa Igbinigie
Esosa Igbinigie is a projected 2023 graduate, majoring inpsychology.
As the Secretary, he:
-
Handles all mailing correspondence of the Chapter
-
Serves as the custodian of the permanent files and official seal of the chapter
-
Records all discussions, motions, announcements, etc. that are brought up in acceptance by the chapter

Treasurer
Jaden Thomas
Jaden Thomas is a projected 2024 graduate majoring in Pre-business
As the Treasurer, he:
-
Facilitates all monies, funds, and other securities of the chapter including the chapter treasury
-
Allocates funds based on the mutual agreement with the President
-
Is knowledgeable in account due to the National, Regional, State, and various creditors
-
Maintains the financial journal
-
Maintains a record of all receipts and disbursements
-
Serves as the chair of the fundraising committee

Membership Intake Coordinator
Nathan Okyere
Nathan Okyere is a projected 2023 graduate majoring in Construction Management.
As the Membership Intake Coordinator, he:

Serves on the Pharoah’s committee
-
Works with the Financial Secretary to ensure which members are eligible to participate in all membership intake processes
-
Serves as coordinator of the awareness seminar

Chaplain
Kyndal Haith
Kyndal Haith is a projected 2024 graduate majoring in Pre-public health.
As the Chaplain, he:

Maintains the religious activities of the chapter
-
Assists with the Omega Service
-
Provides invocation at the beginning of chapter meetings
-
Provides invocation at any program or event requiring such action

Historian
Jeffrey Carter
Jeffrey Carter is a projected 2024 graduate majoring in Public Health.
As the Historian, he:

Maintains records of any information which may be pertinent to the chapter or National organization
-
Maintains record of the Chapter’s activities
-
Coordinates all correspondence with alumni
-
Serves as chair of the anniversary committee
-
Coordinates all requirements of the chapter to the Office of Greek Life at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte

Director of Educational Activities
Gregory Williams
Gregory Williams is a projected 2024 graduate majoring in Exercise Science.
As the Director of Educational Activities, he:

Coordinates all educational programming for the chapter

Serves as Chair of the Scholarship Committee

Works with campus resources to assist members
